The easy way to lose weight through juicing
How often have you heard, ‘Don’t play with your food’!!!
Well, in this case, I really enjoyed ‘playing with my fruit’ to create my delish breakfast plate.
A selection of: bananas, kiwi fruit, oranges, apple and a dollop of coconut yoghurt with a sprinkle of LSA mix (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond) on top.
This is really when all of my research on who I was going to ‘run’ with came together.
I was fortunate enough to go house sitting for a friend for a couple of weeks and this is when in August 2014 that my Juicing Journey began.
Being a newbie to juicing, what I mean by that, is juicing for myself and not for someone else this time round. Last time I tried juicing I did it mainly for my then husband than for myself to please him.
Let me tell you, it’s much more fun when you are actually doing it for yourself.
